Since I was a teenager, I have felt a deep connection with the Nordic countries.
Here I am in a happy place in Iceland: a disc golf course near Rejkjavik on volcanic land.
NOTE: as a man who knows the pain of divorce, and custody battles, and who discovered he was autistic as an adult when I suffered yet another career setback, I have a very keen understanding of ableism, oppressive systems and the social model of disability, and I have managed late in life to find success in a field I feel deeply connected with, helping other persons with their own challenges.

I am a Mindfulness Counsellor and an ADHD and Autism teacher (coach).
I am passionate about Human Consciousness -the subject of my unfinished Ph.D at the U of T , where I also got my M.A in 1989. Currently, I study at the Pacific Gestalt Institute to become a Gestalt therapist in the future. My practice at the moment is NOT regulated by any College. I was studying at Yorkville until August 2023 and I am now in a program that better suits my needs, and values, in the field of Social Work.
I developed a ND and 2SLTGBTQIA+ affirming method to work with anxiety, sensory issues, and relationship challenges. Since 2014, I have been serving as a guide, and sitter for psychedelics users who want to improve their mental health, within a Harm Reduction framework.
I also have lived experience with being Queer, Poly, Sober (21 years), kink-friendly, and in a partnership with ab ACE trans human, and a CIS female partner since 2013 and 2020 respectively,
Special interests: being a Green Dot Ranger at Burning Man, and Disc Golf., The Manking Project, Tantra.
I work online, from our Toronto offices located in Parkdale (main intersections: Queen @ Dufferin) and in St Thomas, ON from The Atrium.
